Imagine, you are in an examination hall, staring at question paper, brainstorming, solving problems and writing answers. Such a boring experience, right. But wait, your mind tries to entertain itself. Everyone of us listen the melodious songs playing in our heads in such a boring situation.  Doesn't this distract you, while solving complex problems in your question paper? This was not just about examination hall. In daily life, we are bombarded with lots of dopamine chunks, and not able to think clearly because our mind constantly tries to process that information that slowly becomes stuck at our heads. Anxiety, stress and depression are born from such habits. In this modern electronic world, entertainment is free and available at your finger tips, literally.  Even making any kind of content is easy.
